Salon Policies

We appreciate your referrals! For every client that you refer to us, we will give you $20 off your next appointment ($40 service or more).

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. In the event of a no show, a $25 flat fee will be charged.

At Mariel’s Hair & Beauty Studio, we want you to absolutely love your look. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your results, please let us know within 7 days of your original appointment. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist to ensure your hair is exactly what you envisioned!

Please ensure you book the correct color service. For example, if you need a balayage/highlight, then book the according service. Each service gets a different time allocated, so if the service selected is incorrect, we may be unable to provide the correct service due to time constraints. If you need help identifying which service would best fit your desires, please call us.

A deposit of $50 is required for any service totaling $200 or more. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
